As a values-orientated company, driven by excellent customer service and as the market leaders in the cleanroom industry we are committed to staff development. We utilised the services of ScanCapture to conduct our recent employee satisfaction survey.
A professional consultant from ScanCapture conducted face to face and telephone surveys with all our employees from our Head Office in Halton, Lancashire and they provided recommendations of their findings.
The ScanCapture employee engagement survey helps to determine job satisfaction in the workplace, collating staff feedback and completing data analysis. The results of the staff survey questions help to improve our workplace communications on all levels, as well as employee performance, motivation and staff retention.
As part of the process our employees’ comments were analysed using e-NPS, where we achieved an exceptional feedback score of 77.27, which is the highest score for employee feedback ever recorded through this system, even higher than leading high street brands.
Engaged employees play a vital role in creating loyal customers; therefore employers have good reason to want to earn the enthusiastic loyalty of their employees. This means understanding employee engagement levels and how to improve them. The e-NPS systematically search out forms of employee engagement that have the greatest impact on customer loyalty and strive to improve the workplace characteristics.
