Delivery Information

We offer same day despatch on all stock items, Monday to Friday, with no minimum or maximum quantity.

Please note that the cut off point for same day despatch for stock items is before 16:00 Monday - Thursday and 14.30 on Friday. If you place your order after this time and need your goods urgently, please give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

Typically orders received after 16:00 Monday - Thursday will be despatched the following working day, providing goods are in stock. Any orders received after 14.30 on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Incoterms

All despatches will be sent under INCOterms 2020 - DAP unless otherwise notified. The Incoterm will be confirmed on your order confirmation. 

Pallet Deliveries

Pallet deliveries will use INCOterms 2020 - DAP. Customers are requested to check the pallet for damage before it is off loaded.  Any obvious signs of damage, reject the delivery either in full or part.  Some couriers will only let you reject the full consignment, others allow you to reject 1 pallet. Any damage occurring from the unloading from the wagon to your warehouse will be at your responsibility and covered by your insurance.  

UK Mainland Deliveries

Standard UK deliveries are carried out by FedEx Economy Select and will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days. 

The FedEx Priority service* will deliver the next working day anytime before 18:00pm, FedEx Priority Express will deliver the next working day anytime before 12:00pm, and FedEx First will deliver the next working day anytime before 10:00am. 

*Please note that the 'Next working day before 18:00pm' delivery can be made anytime between 7:30am and 18:00pm.  

Freight Delivery

For oversized items that need protecting during transit, such as furniture, we offer freight delivery using the UK's pallet network. Freight rates are based on your delivery postcode and which items you order - the below table offers an indication of price. International Deliveries

Most overseas shipments are arranged using FedEx international delivery. Please get in touch if you would like us to attempt sourcing transit through an alternative company. Transit times are typically 2-5 days depending on the destination country - you can contact us for a more specific transit time.

Dangerous Goods Delivery

Any product which is available on our website and is classed as dangerous or hazardous for shipping will be clearly identified as such on the product page and may be subject to a shipping surcharge which is levied by our carriers – we will contact you if a surcharge needs to be added to your order.

The current surcharges are as follows:

·        Limited quantity shipments within the UK – no additional surcharge

·        Fully regulated dangerous goods shipment within the UK - £25 additional surcharge

·        Limited quantity shipments to Europe and beyond via road/sea - £20 additional surcharge

·        Fully regulated shipment to Europe and beyond via road/sea - £70 additional surcharge

·        Fully regulated shipment to Europe and beyond via air - £70 additional surcharge

The surcharge is charged per shipment irrespective of the volume of goods being shipped.

Carriers are unable to offer timed delivery options or guarantee a next working day service due to the additional safety checks which are required for dangerous goods shipments so please take this into account when placing an order.

If you wish to use your own carrier then you can uplift from our site, we will ensure that the goods are packed in accordance with the regulations for your chosen mode of transport and issue the necessary transport note at no extra cost to yourself – it is your responsibility to ensure that your carrier is able to transport dangerous goods and is compliant with the most up to date shipping regulations.
