Laminar Flow Units

Our Laminar Flow Units are perfect for use in a laboratory, manufacturing area or within a cleanroom.  Available in a standard size unit or designed bespoke to suit your processes, the LFU can achieve ISO 14644-1:2015 Class 5.

Our LFUs suit a wide number of applications and are available with a range of additional options, including Stainless steel benches, fluorescent lighting and ionstorm bar. 

Although the units are easy to assemble; an installation and validation service is available on request.

Rapid Room

Our free standing Rapid Room is designed as an entry level, simple cleanroom to gain quality of air within a smaller environment. The clear acrylic ceiling offers optimum light conditions and the PVC strip walls allow for easy access and flexibility.

Through HEPA filtration, the Rapid Room cleanrooms system achieves cleanroom class limits according to ISO Standard 14644-1:2015 Class 7. The Rapid Room Range promotes 2 available sizes:

Rapid Room - with a 1.8m x 1.8m footprint, (2.5m high) the Rapid Room is a starter-size cleanroom environment, available from stock and can easily be shipped next day in the UK, or to anywhere in the world in a matter of days.

Rapid Room + (Plus) – 1.8m x 3.6 footprint, (2.5m high) the Rapid Room is a slightly larger starter size cleanroom environment. The Rapid Room Plus offers increased customer choice and would be ideal for companies particularly within the Vapour markets. 

Mobile Master Unit

Our free standing, mobile cleanroom Master Unit is suitable for the more progressive cleanroom requirement.  This Softwall modular cleanroom solution is suitable for ISO 14644-1 Class 8 requirements and offers a flexible solution across multiple processes within your business.
