Ecolab 3078790 Klercide Neutral Detergent Spray 1 L

Klercide Neutral Detergent is a non-ionic, sterile neutral detergent with a pH between 5.5–7.5. It is a mix of deionized water and a fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It is 0.2 micron filtered, filled and double bagged in a Grade C (ISO Class 7) cleanroom before gamma irradiation at no less than 25 kGy.

It is designed to remove contamination in critical areas particularly cleanrooms, isolators, production equipment and all nonporous surfaces. It is particularly effective on oily and sticky spillages or following general maintenance especially where lubricants have been applied.

The trigger spray incorporates the patented SteriShield Delivery System and an adjustable trigger. The unique way in which the SteriShield Delivery System works, as a closed system, ensures that the sterility of the contents is preserved throughout use. This is especially important for detergents which have no inherent biocidal activity and the potential consequences, should microbiological contamination occur, are particularly serious.

The ready to use product is available as a 1 litre trigger spray and a 5 litre capped product.

Advantages

Very effective - Klercide Neutral Detergent is particularly effective on oily and sticky spillages or following general maintenance. It is suitable for surface cleaning in gassing isolators.

Easy to use - It is classified as non-corrosive so it can be used in most cleanroom applications. The fully adjustable trigger spray allows liquid to be dispensed as either a jet or a spray, which is especially useful in critical areas.

Suitable for direct product contact - Klercide Neutral Detergent is a sterile, non-ionic, low foaming neutral detergent, with low residues, which are easily removed by rinsing.
