BioClean™ Nitrile Sterile RABS/Isolator Gloves

Ansell's BioClean™ Nitrile Sterile RABS/Isolator Gloves are a category III PPE ideal for critical and sensitive environments. Offering advanced protection, ultra-low particle levels, improved fit and comfort, and superior resistance to common chemicals including vaporised hydrogen peroxide (VHP) and isopropyl alcohol (IPA).

Specifically designed for applications including pharmaceutical, R&D, raw material and preparation, biotechnology, and semiconductor manufacturing, these nitrile gloves have been washed and packed in an ISO class 4 cleanroom and sterilised by gamma-irradiation to SAL of 10-6.

Suitable for RABS and isolator applications
100% water leak tested for glove integrity
Ambidextrous and supports reduced hand fatigue
Ideal for ISO 14644 class 4+ and EU GMP A/B environments
Tested against ASTM D6978-05 standards for safe chemotherapy drug handling
Resistant to common chemicals including VHP and IPA
Contains no natural rubber latex
PPE to be used against category III risks: EN 388:2016 (mechanical risks), EN 421 (radioactive contamination), EN ISO 374-1:2016 Type A (resists chemical permeation for at least 30 minutes), and EN ISO 374-5 (protection against micro-organisms)
