Demo Equipment Trial Agreement Terms & Conditions

This Agreement ("Agreement") has been made between Connect 2 Cleanrooms Ltd ("the Supplier") and Client Name ("the Customer"). 

1. Purpose 

The Supplier agrees to provide the Customer with the requested cleanroom chairs from the following options for trial and evaluation purposes:  

• Bimos Neon (BNEON1B) 
• Bimos Texon (BTEXCR) 
• Bimos Labsit 2 (BLSIT2) 
• Bimos Labsit 2 ESD (BESDLS2) 

The trial period will last for 14 calendar days from the date the Customer receives the items, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

All items remain the property of Connect 2 Cleanrooms Ltd at all times. This Agreement grants the Customer temporary use of the items for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. 

The Customer agrees to handle, use, and store all items in a safe and appropriate manner. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for fair wear and tear. 

The Customer accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the items during the trial period. The Customer agrees to reimburse the Supplier for the replacement value of any lost or damaged items. 

The Supplier will arrange delivery of the items to the address specified by the Customer. Delivery costs will be paid by the Customer via invoice. The choice of courier and delivery method will be at the Supplier's discretion. 

Alternative options may be available, including delivery of items by a Connect 2 Cleanrooms representative or collection by the Customer from the Supplier's head office. Any alternative agreement must be agreed with the Supplier upon request of trial service. 

At the end of the trial period, the Supplier will arrange collection for the items. The Customer agrees to make the equipment available for collection and paid for via invoice. If the items are not ready for collection within the agreed timeframe, the Supplier reserves the right to issue an invoice for the replacement value of the items. 

The Customer agrees to use the items only as intended and in accordance with all relevant Health & Safety standards. The Supplier accepts no responsibility for injury or damage resulting from misuse. 

The items are provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. No warranty, guarantee, or commitment to suitability for a particular purpose is implied or expressed. 

The Customer agrees not to disclose any proprietary or technical information relating to the products or this evaluation to third parties without prior written consent from the Supplier.
