Dear Customers

In January 2020, a new coronavirus was identified and named (COVID-19). As a result of this we have received a significant increase in demand for standard PPE products .

As a business we are wanting to reassure all our regular customers that the Connect 2 Cleanrooms procurement team are actively working hard daily together with our entire supplier base to monitor the ongoing supply situation in relation to this global issue.

We are currently using a managed inventory programme based on historical demand data including fixed service level agreements to ensure that we are holding enough stock to continue to supply our valued regular customers.

From immediate effect we have stopped supplying all PPE products to any customers who fall outside on the standard C2C supply agreements, this is to ensure that as a priority we support our regular customers with our supply chain commitments. I can confirm at this time we do not foresee any major risk to the continuity of supply within the period ending May 2020. Beyond this point it is inevitable that long term supply exported from the China market will be disrupted ( effective May/June ) this is a global event and we will do our upmost to keep you informed of any changes ahead.
