Online Quotation Tutorial

Step 1 - Log-in or Register

To use the quotation function you must be a registered user of cleanroomshop.com. If you already have an account, you can log-in using the Member Log-in fields at the top of the webpage, or select the Create Account button to register as a new user.

Step 2 - Add products to your Quotation

Go to the product page of the product you wish to add to your quotation and scroll down till you see the gold Add to Quotation button, making sure you have selected the correct quantities and product options (if applicable). 

Step 3 - Amend the quantity of products (if required)

If you would like to increase/decrease the amount of product in your quotation, simply overtype the quantity field then click the gold Update Quotation button

Step 4 - Add more products (if required)

Adding a product to your Quotation will take you straight to your Quotation page. 

To add more products, simply navigate back to the main site using the top green Mega-Menu.

To return to your Quotation, either add another product, or click on your basket (top right) and then select the View Quotation link on the dropdown.

Step 5 - Remove unwanted products (if required)

To remove an unwanted product, check the remove tickbox on the left hand side, then click Update Quotation

Step 6 - Complete the Quotation

Your quotation is not official until you complete it. Press Complete Quotation and you will then receive a copy of the quotation via email. Keep the quotation for your reference.

Step 8 - Add the products to your basket for purchase

Finally, once you are ready to purchase the goods, you can add the products from your quotation straight into your basket.

Simply check the Add to Cart tickboxes and select Add selected item(s) to basket and proceed to checkout as usual.
