Wrong Item Received

In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong item please email returns@cleanroomshop.com within 3 working days from receipt of the goods. Please ensure that you check the product codes on your order with those you receive prior to opening any packaging or using the product. Please have your order number to hand for us to trace your order easily. We will e-mail a returns label to you that will need to be attached to the box and we will arrange a carrier to collect once we have confirmed all the details with you. The correct item will be sent out immediately at no additional cost to yourselves together with a 10% off voucher code for your next order. Please see our Returns Policy below.

Wrong Item Ordered

If you order the wrong item please email returns@cleanroomshop.com within 3 working days from receipt of the goods. Please have your order number to hand for us to trace your order easily. We will e-mail a returns label to you that will need to be attached to the box and you will need to arrange for the return of the goods to us yourselves. Once the goods have been received back into our warehouse and providing they are unopened in their original packaging and fit for re-sale a credit will be issued to your account minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Please note that for items ordered incorrectly the returns number is only valid for 14 days from the date of issue which gives you ample time to return the item(s) to us. Goods received back after this period will not be accepted. Please see our Returns Policy below.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please check the integrity of the outer packaging and ensure that this has been noted when the parcel was signed for, please email returns@cleanroomshop.com within 3 working days from receipt of the goods. The replacement item will be sent out once your claim has been fully investigated. Please see our returns Policy below.

Returns Policy

All returns need to be handled via email and must be notified to us within 3 working days from receipt of the goods. Please email returns@cleanroomshop.com to let us know that you intend to return an item. Please have your order number to hand for us to trace your order easily. If you do not have an order number, please ensure that you include your full name, address, contact number, date of ordering and details of the item. We will e-mail a returns label to you that will need to be attached to the box. All returns should be in their original packaging and fit for re-sale.

Please note that cleanroomshop.com will not take responsibility for items that go missing in the post if you have no Proof of Delivery.

Items Returned Without a Returns Number

Please note that if you send an item back without contacting us first to obtain a Return Number we may not be able to take responsibility for your return. If we do receive your item without a returns number the return process will be delayed by up to 30 working days.
