How to place your order
You can order securely online, call or email us with your order - our Customer Service Team are ready and waiting to help.

Place your order online
To order online, simply follow these steps:
- Browse our product range and select the clean room products you wish to purchase.
- For each product, select the quantity and options you require (if applicable) then click ‘add to basket’. A box will appear at the top of the screen to show the item you have added to your basket.
- When you have finished shopping, click view basket at the top right of the page. Make sure the basket contains the products you wish to order. Select the delivery band and destination then proceed to checkout.
- Complete your details, notify us of any special delivery instructions and select your payment method.
Pay by credit card on our secure server
Select the payment method credit card by secure server and enter your payment details. You will receive confirmation of your order by email.
Pay by account
If you have an existing 30 Day Credit Account, select the payment method purchase on account and remember to include your PO number in your order.
If you would like to apply for a 30 Day Credit Account (businesses only), please download and print the 30 Day Credit Account Application Form (PDF download), complete it and either fax or post it to us. This may take a couple of days to process so you may wish to make an alternative payment for your first order.
Pay by phone
Select the payment method credit card by phone/post. You will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please call us on +44(0)15242 74177 with your credit card details to complete your order.
Pay by post
Select the payment method by phone/post. Print the order form and complete your credit card details or enclose a cheque made payable to Connect 2 Cleanrooms Limited, then post them to us at cleanroomshop.com, Unit 2 Kirkby Lonsdale Business Park, Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria, LA6 2HH, UK.
Place your order by Purchase Order
If you have a 30 Day Credit Account, you can fax or email your purchase order to us on +44(0)15242 73171 or
sales@cleanroomshop.com.

They will be able to check goods are in stock, advise on lead times for special items and confirm the despatch date of your order.
