Transfer Hatch

• Clear Area: Width 449mm, Height 461mm
• Structural Opening: Width 600mm Height 600mm
• Depth: 600mm
• The transfer hatches outer shell and flanges are manufactured from 1.6 thick zintec steel which has been powder coated white
• Finished to an excellent standard, the inner panels are manufactured from 1.6mm thick satin polished stainless steel
• The 2mm thick stainless steel flanges seal the unit to wall finishes
• Doors have a continuous pressure door seal and are constructed from 10mm thick toughened, clear, plate glass
• They also have a mechanical interlock to prevent both doors being opened simultaneously

• There is the option to upgrade the fixed front flange, inner panels, hinges and latch to 316 stainless steel - as pictured
• Goalpost legs are an added extra
• The manufacturer recommends that the hinge should be lubricated approximately every 6 months with a suitable lubricant for the environment
• In most applications a lithium compounded lubricant is recommended
